We offer $22.00/hr-$23.00/hr depend on experience based on 30-36hrs/wk for the right candidate
Overtime rate and vacation pay will be provided
The ideal candidate has:
Completion of secondary school
At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
The successful candidate will perform duties:
Assign tasks to staffs and prepare work schedules to cover all shifts.
Supervise staff and cashiers’ performance.
Supervise Cash-In/Cash-out procedures.
Hire and train or arrange for training of new sales staff.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
Maintain inventory and order merchandise accordingly.
Ensure that the store’s visual standards and cleanliness are maintained.
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Work location: 108 Kinosota Road, South, Amaranth MB R0H 0B0
Others: Newcomers, Indigenous people are welcome. Willing to work any shifts.
