Position name:            Landscaper

Location of work:        Based at 1215 Tilston Court, Coquitlam, BC, V3J 5L6

Work will take place at various location in the Lower Mainland      

Nature of position:      Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)

Wage:                          $26 per hour

Vacation:                     4% in lieu of paid vacation days

Language required:     English, spoken

Other benefits:            Over time, Bonus

JOB DUTIES. The following duties will be performed in this position:

• Plan and construct landscape environments which may include trees, shrubberies, lawns, fences, decks, patios and other landscape structures
• Plant and maintain laws and gardens, including mowing, aerating, fertilization of lawns
• Trimming of hedges, shrubs and trees
• Maintenance of commercial grounds
• Snow removal during winter months
• Other related duties as required

REQUIREMENTS. The successful applicant will possess, at a minimum, the following skills and experience:

• Previous landscape experience is required
• Willing and able to work in various outdoor conditions
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Good communication, teamwork skills, and punctuality
