Job Title -Sous-chef

Location: UNIT-1 30 RIVERMONT ROAD, Brampton, ONL6Y 6G7

Vacancy: 2

Salary: $19.00 to $20.00/hr

Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time for 37.5 to 40 hours per week

Working condition: Day, Evening, Night, Shift, Overtime, To be determined, Early Morning

Additional Skills

• Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory.
• Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff.
• Supervise activities of specialized cooks and other kitchen workers.
• Prepare and cook food on a regular basis for special functions.
• Prepare and cook meals or specialist foods.
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• Experiment and create new food menu with unique dishes on customer demands.
• Serve hot and crispy South Indian food and supervise other culinary operations.
• Ensure the quality of food and maintain proper hygiene at cooking station.
• Cook classical Indian curries with an authentic south Indian spices.
