Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience: 2 year or more of work experience in a construction supervisory or managerial role

Specific skills: Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress, Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements, Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
