Job Description:

Our Area Sales Manager position is vast and serves as an intermediary between ourselves and our customers. Essentially, this position will plan, direct, and administer activities related to the sales and distribution of our products; manage pricing and evaluate the effectiveness, demand, and upcoming trends to ensure that our products remain relevant and meet the demands of our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as required.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Oversee ongoing training of sales team.
  • Developing sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the company and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
