Business Coordinator-Franchise Operations

 

  1. Overall coordinator and liaison of franchise operations and development
  2. Assist the Senior Directors in day-to-day key decision making
  3. Take periodic reporting from key staff to ensure optimum efficiency at administrative and supervision levels with the franchise network
  4. Mentor and Steer the Corporate Team in the direction of overall franchise development agenda
  5. Participate along the senior management in periodic meetings and negotiations with suppliers and vendors
  6. Replace the Senior Directors in day to day dealing with franchise locations
  7. Responsible for finding, procuring, and constructing new franchise locations including but not limited to dealing with real estate professionals, contractors, vendors, municipal licensing authorities and so forth
  8. Ensure that the franchise holders share and implement the Mission and Vision Statement of the brand in their day to day operations
  9. Any other relevant tasks
