• Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators and equipment.

• Record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses.
• Keep track of shipments, follow-up on issues with work orders, dispatch personnel according to schedule and work orders.
• Operate radio equipment, operate computer aided communications and dispatching equipment.
• Maintain vehicle operator work records using computerized or manual methods and ensure time sheets and payroll summaries are completed accurately.
• Monitor personnel workloads and locations.

Requirements: 

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Expertise in Tacoma – Seattle route is an asset.
