Wages: $15.65/hour
Hours of Work: 30 Hours per week
Benefits: Accommodation will be provided at $30/week and other benefits will be as per BC Employment Standards Act

Duties:
· Field work, Soil Preparation, plowing, pruning, planting, weeding, cultivating, harvesting, sorting, packing of the field crops .
· Examining produce for quality and prepare for market,
· Loading produce into trucks and trailers.
· To monitor irrigation & the soil moisture as per crop requirements.
· Using fertilizers, detecting disease and other problems in crops.
· Protecting crops from weeds & pests by taking appropriate actions like spraying Pesticides etc.
· Farm workers also helps in Operating & maintaining farm machinery & equipment.
· Informing farmers or farm manager of crop progress.
Work Conditions:
· Must be able to work in Outdoor Area.
· May required long hours standing, couching and Physical demanding
· Repetitive tasks
· Able to manage large work loads
