Khosa Construction Ltd., located at Unit #3, 7550 132 Street, Surrey, BC, V3W 4M7 is currently hiring for the position of a General Construction Supervisor, to join our growing team and contribute in success of our business.

Position: General Construction Supervisor (NOC: 7302)

Wages and benefits: $35.00 per hour; 40 hours per week.

Location of Employment: Unit #3, 7550 132 Street, Surrey, BC, V3W 4M7
(The candidate will be expected to work at various locations in Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley as per work contract and demand)

Eligibility:
• Education: Secondary(high) School graduation certificate
• Experience: 2 years to 3 years of previous relevant experience
• Language: English

Job Duties:
• Co-ordinate and schedule activities
• Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Train or arrange for training
• Supervise workers and projects
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Recommend personnel actions
• Read blueprints and drawings
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
