RTC Enterprise Group Corp. is a leading company of several firms in different industry sectors. It is set up by veterans in various industry fields. We provide extensive products and services in the western provinces, such as Agriculture Products trading, Smart Home products, Property Management, Food Service and Hospitalities, Investment and Immigration Consulting, Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Services. Currently, we are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team
Duties & Responsivities:
- Provide administrative support to staff, including invoices and expenses, travel arrangement and making reservations, scheduling appointments
- Assist with composing letters, memoranda and reports, and e-mail correspondence as necessary
- Be responsible for filing, photocopying, scanning, archiving, and disposal of documents and general maintenance of digital and general filing systems
- Determine and establish office procedures
- Greet visitors and direct visitors to appropriate person
- Answer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a professional appearance when dealing with visitors, clients, and co-workers
- Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate supply orders
- Contribute to a clean, and positive office environment
- Adhere to all company policies
- Execute a range of other duties as required
Employment requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required
- Related educational or work experience is required

Compensation:
- Full time, 40 hours per week, Permanent
- Wage: $23.5 - $25 per hour depending on experiences
