Job description:

General forman/woman-residential construction

Permanent, Full time, $37/hour, 

Day, weekend, overtime, Early morning, Morning

Start as soon as possible

Language English

Experience 2 years to lessw than 3 years

Education; Secondary(high school) graduation certificate

Skills; 

Train or arrange for training, supervise worker and projects, requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, Estabilish methods to meet work schedules, Ensure health and safty regulations are followed, Co-ordinate and schedule activities, Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity

Additional skills

Recurit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions, opreate CADD and other computer software system, Estimate costes and materials

Work setting;

Residential, induastrial

Workers Supervisored:

Trades helper, Labourers

Security and Safety:

Basic Security Clearance

Own Tools/ Equipment:

Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, safety glasses/goggles

Work environment:

Outdoor, Noicy

Ability to supervise:

3-4 people
