Overtime:                                          $37.05/hr (As per BC Standards – for over 8 hrs/day; 40 hrs/wk)

Experience:                                        1 year to less than 2 years

Job Duties:

• Read specifications to determine quantities of materials required

• Apply & mix paints, stain, varnish, and enamel on commercial & residential buildings
• Mixing and thinning paint to obtain desired colour and texture
• Using various painting equipment such as spray gun, brusher, rollers or other equipment to paint the surface area 
• Working mostly with ladders or scaffolding in variable heights inclusive painting from rooftops (hook ladders)
• Daily job site clean-up which include garbage removal, recycling, cleaning up paint chips
• Attending and participating in weekly team meetings to schedule and transfer key information for upcoming projects
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Construction Manager.
