Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: $22.00 hourly, for 30 Hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Several locations in the Lower Mainland, British Columbia
Skill Requirements:
Education: No formal education
Experience:1 year of experience
Language: Written and Oral English
Specific Skills:
-Inspect, measure, clean and mark surfaces to be covered
-Install hardwood floors, such as strip floors, block floors or plank floors, using glue, staples, nails or other means
- Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
-May estimate material and labour costs
-Work with carpenters, carpet installers, architects, engineers, and other workers to get appropriate job specs.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, need to be fit, ability to lift more than 50lbs, need to be flexible to work different shifts.
