Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time32 to 40 hours/week
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
1. Installing, servicing, and repairing major electronic appliances like dishwashers, washer-dryers, kitchen ranges, refrigerators, etc.
2. Repairing or replacing damaged appliance components by following work instructions, blueprints, drawings, and product manuals upon approval from the customers
3. Replace components and subcomponents and reassemble appliances using hand tools and soldering and brazing equipment
4. Discussions with customers about operations and care of the product(s) over the phone and in-person as well as providing information such as emergency service numbers Prepare estimates and written accounts of work performed
