Job description:
Position title: General Manager
(Full time permanent position)
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and manage all business operations to achieve corporate goals
- Develop and implement business plan for profitability
- Create and forecast budget and project expenses
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing program and recommend improvements.
- Develop strategies to improve overall quality and productivity.
- Generate business, cost and employee reports to reflect revenue control
- Schedule regular team meetings to discuss about business updates, issues and recommendations.
- Provide direction and guidance to employees in their assigned job duties.
- Determine and approve staffing requirements and ensure that office positions are filled promptly by the human resource representative,
- Provide guidance and establish approproiate procedure and policies for HR to plan employee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion and termination activities accordingly
- Ensure that employees follow company policies and procedures.
- Manage overall administrative, logistical, human resources, and accounting services to support company operations.
- Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers.
Job Other Details:
Salary : CAD $63.52 per hour with 30 hours per week
(Overtime paid CAD $95.28 per hour after 44 hours of work per week; and 4% Holiday pay will be accrued)
Career Level : Bachelors level of education with minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
