Duties:

• ·         Make room reservations, registering and booking guests in and out of their rooms,
• ·         Provide information and services to guests and receive payment for services.
• ·         Represents the first point of contact with guests.
• ·         Welcome guests and handles all stages of a guest’s stay.
• ·         Answer telephonic queries and queries in person regarding hotel services.
• ·         Respond to guest’s complaints and concerns.
• ·         Keeping record of room reservations and availability.     
• ·         Utilize digital or manual systems to compile and verify daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts, and vouchers.
