Duties: Manage & supervise overall administrative work, oversee and co-ordinate administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures, build up good public relationship for better business, To make business schedules and meetings, Make work schedule for staff and ensure deadlines are met and procedures followed, Review and evaluate employee performance, Prepare daily reports for senior management. Create and maintain an effective filling & database system for all administrative and financial documents etc.
Job is full time and permanent. Wages rate is $26.50/hr. Experience- supervisory/related experience as assets. Education-High School, but Diploma/degree as assets. Language- Functional English.
