Job Description

  • Oversee IT sales and marketing activities to achieve corporate revenue goals
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing sales representatives to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives
  • Provide guidance to sales representatives in their assigned duties
  • Respond to escalated customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
  • Address customer inquiries about products and services offered
  • Represent company brand in sales conferences and trade shows
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and specifications
  • Identify selling strategies and opportunities to increase revenue
  • Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes
  • Evaluate performance of sales team and provide appropriate feedback
  • Plan and assign daily workload to sales team.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales management, preferably in an IT organization
  • Capable of supervising 5-10 people
  • Well versed with MS Office & MS Access
  • Competent in taking $500,001 - $1,500,000 budgetary responsibility
  • Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) in English, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Excellent leadership ability
