The Domino’s is recruiting for the position of FULL TIME Shift Runner (NOC 6311) for its location at 1201 Division St, Kingston, Ontario. JOB DUTIES:
- Coordinate and manage the operation of restaurant during shift
- Overseeing food preparation and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
- Generating detailed daily reports
- Schedule staff in consultation with Restaurant Manager
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
- Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling bills.
- Ensure kitchen staff adheres to recipes & portion sizes
- Training and motivating staff
- Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards
- Increase the profits by minimizing wastage & cost control
- Provide excellent customer service & resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 6-months or more
- Education: High School
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
- Wages: $16.25/hour
- 30-45 hours/week
