Salary: $34.00 per hour

Work Location: #209 – 12899, 76 Ave, Surrey, BC, V3W 1E6 and various locations in Lower Mainland/Greater Vancouver region of BC.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop business and marketing policies/plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Analyze the current/past budgets, expenses, sales, revenues, and product deficiencies to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
  • Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
  • Design questionnaire to learn clients’ needs and satisfaction or feedback toward company’s products and services.
  • Respond to enquiries from business community regarding development opportunities.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale or retail consumers.
  • Research the market and meet builders for identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop strong customer relationships to generate a high volume of prospective clients.
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, commerce, business/public administration, or related field.
  • Experience in development and execution of business development initiatives/projects.
  • Passionate, energetic, self-motivated who thrives and can achieve goals.
  • Proactive, positive, and professional approach and demeanor.
  • Confident verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • High sense of urgency to accomplish projects.
  • Time management and advanced MS office skills.
  • Perseverance in a growing, changing, and dynamic work environment.
