Job description:
“Express Security Services Ltd” is looking for a full-time Bookkeeper (NOC Code: 1311) to join their company.
Work Location: #356-8158 128 Street, Surrey, BC – V3W 1R1
Responsibilities:
- Keep and maintain the records for the financial.
- Post journal entries and reconcile accounts & maintain general ledgers
- Make sure payroll is run on timely manner.
- File and submit the taxes for the business.
- Prepare other financial and accounting reports.
- Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers’ compensation forms and other government documents
- May do Data Entry and database Management.
- Prepare cheques for other expenses such as Utility, rentals etc. and keep the records electronically and physically.
What we are looking for: Experience and Education:
- Completion of High School is required. Completion of a college program in bookkeeping, accounting or related field would be an asset.
- 2-3 years of experience in relevant field is required.
- Knowledge of English Language
- Knowledge of MS Office, Word, excel etc.
Salary/Compensation & Benefits:
The base salary for requested position is $25.00/per hour
Salary paid Bi-weekly
Vacation pay of 4% on each schedule pay cheque.
Other benefits as per BC Employment standards Act
The working time:
Monday-Friday. The requested position is on Full-time basis i.e., 40 Hours/week.
