Job description:

Tasks

• Remove feathers and singe and wash poultry to prepare for futher processing or packaging
• Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercail or other wholesale use
• Cut turkey carcasses or sides or quarters of carcasses into primal cuts for futher cutting, processing or packaging
• Remove bones from meat
• Remove skin, excess fat, bruises or other blemishes from carcasses or meat portions

Experience

• 7 months to less than 1 year

Language

• English
