Required Retail Store Supervisor (NOC -6211)

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

 Responsible for managing complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries;

• Supervising and coordinating sales staff;
• Preparing work schedules;
• Preparing reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and daily sales;
• Hiring and training of new sales staff, as required;
• Monitoring and reporting on performance of all staff;
• Ensure the visual standards and image of the store is maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness.

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Education: Completion of secondary school

Experience: 1 year but less than 2 years of previous retail sales experience.

Language: English

Salary: CAD$ 20.10/hour. Full-time permanent position at 2589379 Ontario Inc. O/A Becker’s located at 1674 Kingston Road, Scarborough ON M1N 1S5.
