Salary: $15.65 per hour. Overtime rate of $23.48 per hour after 40 hours per week.
Benefits: 4% vacation pay of the gross salary.
Job Type: Night shift. Full time and permanent

Education Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school or secondary equivalent is required.
Required Experience:
- Basic English required;
- Completion of a minimum three-year apprenticeship program for bakers or three years of experience as a baker (in any capacity) is required; and,
- Previous experience working with wood fire oven is not required, but is an asset.
Job Description: Bakers will primarily prepare bagels, but may also prepare bread rolls, muffins, and pastries; prepare dough for baked items; operate machinery including a wood over; bake mixed doughs and batters; ensure quality of products meets established standards; draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce; and purchase baking supplies.
