Education:                                    A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics,
                                                            commerce or a related field
Experience:                                  2-3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, budgeting,
                                                            financial planning and analysis or other financial activities
Language:                                     English

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Manage Billing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting and reconciliation of consolidated business results
• Develop and implement the controls testing process, including conducting reviews and testing of financial reporting controls compliance along with monitoring and overseeing the remediation of deficiencies identified
• Plan, direct and coordinate all accounting operational, procedural and reporting functions
• Participate and assist in the development of budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports
• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities and identify any accounting or financial issues and suggest timely solutions
• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
• Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
• Provide management with information vital to the decision-making process
• Assess current accounting operations and controls and offer recommendations for improvement and/or the implementing new processes
• Develop and monitor business performance metrics
• Participate in the recruitment, hiring, training and retaining of skilled accounting staff
• Work with process owners to scope, design, and implement controls to address key risks and ensuring design adequacy and operating effectiveness of financial controls
• Oversee projects and communicate with different cultures and levels of the organization
• Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
• Report to the President with timely and accurate financial information
