Job Duties

  1. Overall incharge of all administrative matters and affairs related to employees and sub-contracted personnel (50-100 persons)
  2. Ensuring regulatory compliance of all types such as Ministry of Transportation related matters, Unit Safety Compliance, drug tests, employment standard regulations, other certificates and ratings etc.
  3. Performing Employee background and referral checks by verifying all the information.
  4. Overall database management and record-keeping related to administrative practices involving transport units, employees and sub-contracted personnel
  5. Assist operations staff with all kinds of administrative support for optimized use of resources
  6. Orientation and Training as and when needed to existing and new personnel
  7. A single point of contact for all kinds of communication between the personnel and the management
  8. Managing complaints and grievances.
  9. Work in Liaison with other departments such as Accounting, Safety, Operations, Repairs etc.
  10. Maintain a positive and motivational environment amongst all employees and sub-contracted personnel.
  11. Any other relevant tasks
