Job Duties:
- Experience with working with wok is mandatory
- Prepare, season and cook food as listed on the menu, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Review the menu regularly and make recommendations for new items and ingredients
- Determine size of food portion and monitor the inventory of food
- Check and monitor the quality of cooked products
- Oversee kitchen operations and helpers
- Assist in new helpers training
- Clean kitchen and work area and keep hygiene and safety practices
