Urban Tadka Caterings Inc. O/A Urban Tadka located at 335 Deerhurst Drive, Unit 9-11, Brampton, Ontario, L6T 5K3 requires 5 Indian Sweet Maker on Permanent /Full Time basis (40 hrs./week) at wage rate of $26.50/hr. Must have 2 years to Less than 3 years of verifiable experience as an Indian sweet maker. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 paid sick leaves will be given

JOB DUTIES AS INDIAN SWEET MAKER
- Preparing traditional and high-quality East Indian sweets and desserts
- Ensuring food quality and food safety, including sweet temperatures, safe refrigeration of ingredients, and food allergens.
- Work with specialized cooking equipment such as a deep fryer
- Maintain Cleanliness in kitchen and food service areas;
- Preparation, cooking and handling of sweets.
- Ensuring the storefront display is stocked with a wide array of visually appealing sweets;
- Any other related job duties as required in the restaurant.
