Job description:
Planet India Restaurant Ltd., is looking for 1 full time & permanent Restaurant Manager for their Restaurant.

Salary: $25.50/ Hour and minimum 30hrs/week.
Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations in a restaurant, bar, cafeteria, food or beverage service
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Recruit, train and oversee staff training
- Set staff work schedules, duties and monitor staff performance
- Manage/control the inventory and order food and beverages, equipment, and supplies
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.
- Develop, implement and analyze budgets
- Address complaints regarding food quality or service
Job Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management or 2-3 years of work experience in food service sector, including supervisory experience is required.
