0924203 BC LTD based in Surrey, British Columbia, is focused on delivering a superior level of quality workmanship to its clients. We are currently looking for 4 Siding Installers to be a part of team as soon as possible.

Job Type: Full time; Permanent

Number of Positions: 4

Salary: $26.50 per hour

Expected start date: As soon as possible

Work locations: Candidates are required to work at various locations in Surrey BC, and other areas of Lower Mainland (BC) as per company’s contracts with its clients.

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding

Job duties:

• Read blueprints, or work order specifications.
• Determine layout, and installation procedures.
• Erect and install scaffolding or other working platforms.
• Measure, and mark guidelines to be used for installations.
• Prepare underlying surfaces for installation and perform minor repairs if needed for better installation lifetime.
• Install siding as per specifications and schematics for buildings using hand and power tools.
• Cut and trim material to shape when fitting siding around windows or corners, using knife, shears, or portable power saw.

Job requirements:

• Previous experience in related field would be an asset.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks.
