Currently, we are looking for an “Office Manager”to join our team as soon as possible.

Salary: $27.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

  • Review, evaluate, implement, and improve company’s administrative procedures.
  • Establish office work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Ensure security, integrity, confidentiality, and protection of company’s data.
  • Manage employee schedules, time off/vacation requests, sick days, timesheets, employee benefits and associated reports.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes.
  • Supervise office staff and resolve work problems in an efficient way.

 

Job Requirements

  • High School
  • Degree/Diploma in business/public administration would be an asset but not mandatory.
  • Experience in managing an office.
  • Highly organized.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Multi-tasking in fast-paced environment.
