Job description:
Sicamous Investments Ltd located at 517 Main Street Sicamous BC V0E 2V0 is currently looking for one full-time, permanent Motel Manager (NO: 0632)
Wages: $27.00/hr. for 40hrs./week +4% Vacation pay on each schedule pay cheque.
Job Duties
- Responsible for the overall management of the Motel.
- Prepare the budget, review and manage the expenses.
- Establish work related policies and procedures.
- Hire the staff ands arrange training for them.
- Prepare the work schedule for the staff.
- Do performance review for the staff on quarterly basis.
- Make sure Motel is neat and clean.
- Resolve staff and customer issues and complaints.
- Bring new ideas for enhancement of Motel.
Employment requirements
- Completion of High school education is required.
- Completed a university degree or diploma in related field or more than 3 years of experience in related field is required.
- Knowledge of English Language.
Other Terms
Must be well organized.
Able to work under pressure.
Must be able to work under flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
