Job Duties:
- Oversee the execution of national and local marketing to drive topline sales.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and visual identity.
- Develop and implementation of new product launches, digital & social media campaigns, marketplace, online ordering, loyalty and promotion programs.
- Maintain strong relationship with our external agency/partners including market place aggregates and internal cross functional teams and provide the necessary guidance and leadership.
- Lead the planning of campaigns from brief to execution to post analysis.
- Work with senior management team to help define annual marketing objectives and build strategic plan in alignment with business objectives, brand priorities, product objectives.
- Manage and lead assigned brand advertisement fund budget to ensure all campaigns, programs and activities are within allocated budget.
- Oversee and manage the hiring processes and training within the department, execute performance evaluation accordingly.
Qualifications:
- A post-secondary diploma in marketing, advertising, business or related fields is required.
- At least 2 years’ working experience in marketing with sales experience, preferably in a senior position.
- Strong marketing acumen with experience in building brand awareness.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Experience or knowledge in the food and services or hospitality industries is an asset.
- Strong professional and work ethics, self-motivated, accountable and results-oriented.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and outstanding communication skills.
