The candidate applying for our Painter Supervisor - construction position must fulfill the following requirements:
Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field
Have experience of a minimum of 1-2 years in the field of construction with a specialization in Painting
Must possess excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player and work under pressure
Must be able to supervise 5-10 people
Must be willing to travel around the GTA and rural areas of Ontario

Salary: $36.06 an hour, permanent full-time 32 to 40 hours a week
Tasks:
- Prepare production and other reports,
- Supervise workers and projects,
- Co-ordinate and schedule activities,
- Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions,
- Train or arrange for training,
- Operate CADD and other computer software systems,
- Set up machines and equipment,
- Estimate costs and materials,
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed,
- Recommend personnel actions,
- Read blueprints and drawings,
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
