Marketing Assistant

JOB DUTIES

• Assist the Marketing Manager in implementing the marketing strategy and completion of large projects.
• Help to run the company’s social media and digital marketing campaigns, managing platforms.
• Submitting ideas for experimental marketing programs created to enhance and grow the brand of the company
• Assist with researching new business opportunities and carrying out tasks
• Assisting with the maintenance of database systems, blog platforms, social media accounts and website
• Alongside the Marketing Manager, run photography and manage the creation of marketing collateral
• Performing analysis from questionnaires to understand the needs of customers
• Create and organise internal, client and industry events, bringing new ideas to the team and showing an interest in further improve marketing efforts.
• Gathering and reviewing marketing data from various channel.

Compensation & Hours:

Salary: $32.00 CAD Per Hour

Working hours: Minimum 35 hours per week

Overtime Rate: $48.00 per hour starting after 44 hours per week, with holiday pay of 4% of gross pay

Education Required: CEGEP or college or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
