Salary: $63.55 CAD Per Hour
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time, 30 hours per week with overtime wage of $95.33 starting after accumulated 44 hours in a week, 1 Position Available
Start date: As soon as possible
Employment conditions: On call, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible hours
Job requirements:
Languages: English is a mandatory language
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience: 5 years or more
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Large workload
Personal Suitability: Accurate, Organized, Excellent oral communication, Effective interpersonal skills, Excellent written communication
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Office, MS PowerPoint,MS Windows.
Specific Skills:
- Develop the business vision and strategy which corresponds to companies’ mission
- Derive and implement the overall approach to new business, strategic client management, while simultaneously upgrading the services.
- Manage the day to day operations of the company in order to deliver high quality services, while placing a major concentration on building partnerships with a high volume client base.
- Exhibit leadership attributes required to successfully manage both the team and client relationships, as well as understand the strategies in adding roles to create efficiencies in their growing operation to help drive profitability.
- Manage all digital marketing operations, assess and improve existing initiatives, and advice new strategies to increase revenue.
- Create and evolve a team culture that is collaborative, also share regular learnings with team
- Understand and direct the HR to hire resources as per the forecast for better resource stability
- Accountable for delivery of applications or technology in time & budgets.
- Work with business teams to identify gap areas and jointly work on implementation of solutions.
