Minimum experience required: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is required.
Minimum education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Job Duties
Supervise all food service employees and provide necessary training to employees in this connection.
Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including overseeing employees’ work performances
Prepares timetables, work schedules, cleaning schedules or coordinates their preparation.
Orders food and non-food supplies, checks deliveries and maintains inventory records.
Reviewing reports from managers of individual restaurants or facilities to ensure that they are meeting standards for food quality, service, and profitability
Training staff on safety procedures, food preparation techniques, and menu items
Ensuring that all food safety regulations are followed in regards to preparation, storage, handling, and serving of food items
Developing policies for food safety and sanitation, and enforcing them through regular inspections of facilities and staff members
Responsible for menu preparation on regulary basis.
Arranging employee schedules, including hiring new employees when needed
Inspecting the premises regularly for cleanliness and maintenance problems
Monitoring employee attendance rates and ensuring that all staff members are working efficiently
Prepare reports relating to stocks, maintenance, consumption, sales and wastage
