 Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing General Shipping Activities.
• Create shipping documents (Export declarations, packing slips, invoices, BOLs).
• Schedule all shipping/receiving activities.
• Inventory management and physical reconciliations.
• Train staff on work instructions and tasks.
• Develop work instructions.
• Supervise all shipping & receiving staff.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area.
• Download and add all customer requirements through EDI.
• Develop a weekly shipping schedule.
• Inspection and operation of all lifting devices.
• Communicate with the supervisor on any needs or staff, resources, or any other requirements.
