Job description:
The selected candidate will be expected to perform the following job duties:
- Plan direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments
- Develop sales programs and track performance of such programs.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers
- Prepare commercial offers and ensure contract viability to achieve assigned sales goals
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
- Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective
- Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in sales management
- A college diploma or equivalent experience
Skill Requirement:
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work independently to meet stated objectives
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, is a requirement
Compensation:
$53 - 58/Hour
30-40 work hours per week
