Keep records of the quantities of food used, Portion and wrap foods, Prepare, heat and finish simple food items, Take customers' orders, Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, Stock refrigerators and salad bars, Package take-out food

Dishwashing Skills:  
Place dishes in storage area

Food Service Helpers Specific Skills:  
Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, Carrying and replace linen, Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables, Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, Load buspans and trays
