Job description:

Company Name: Madeleine (Hornby) Investments Ltd.

Permanent Position: Food Service Supervisor (TEER 2 - 62020)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time (Weekend, Overtime if required)

Wage Rate:  $18.50 - $19 per hour, for 40 hours per week.

 Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

 Vacancies: 01

 Work Locations: 769 Hornby Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6Z 1S2

 Job Duties:

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and serve food.
• Establish work schedule.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

Skills & requirements

Education: High School

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience required.

Languages: English

Benefits: Relocation expenses will be covered by the employer as well as the first three months of medical insurance, if required
