Position Sales & Marketing Manager
Permanent Full time Position
Wage Rate &50.00 Per hour
Overime $75.00 per hour after 40 hours per week
Vacation pay 4%
Work Location: Same as the Store Location and various locations
Job Duties:
• Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.
• Establish distribution networks for products and services, initiate market research studies and analyze their findings, assist in product development, and direct and evaluate the marketing strategies of establishments.
• Analyze and develop business in market.
• Implementing different strategies to increase the sale of the product in the market, some of which are –
o Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating activities.
o Promotions – catalogues, brochures, samples.
o Fair follow up.
o Go to market with a sales plan for a face to face interaction with clients
• Oversee and monitor customer’s orders, fulfillment and shipping.
• Interface with supply chain and production team and guide the production department that what the potential customer really wants.
• Undertaking special assignment for effective selling’s for material benefits of the company.
• Make new plans for advertising to promote the sales of products and installation services
• Direct or evaluate the activities of firm and all different departments
• Initiate market research studies and analyze findings to assist in product development,
• Able to establish distribution networks for products and services;
• Oversee the company’s marketing budget
• Able to organize and co-ordinate with the all different departments/fields such as public relations, communications and commercial activities
Employment requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in marketing, business administration or in ,advertising is required
•Minimum 3 years of experience in the field is required
•Exceptional customer service skills
•Able to lead and direct team
