Salary: $25.00 per hour for 40 - 44 hours per week
Location: 2721 James Street, Duncan, BC
Education: Cook Trade Certification
Experience: 3 years of cook in Chinese cuisine
Duties:
1) Prepare and cook Chinese specialty for All-You-Can-Eat
2) Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies
3) Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
4) Inspect kitchens and food service areas
5) Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
6) Clean kitchen and work areas
7) Organize and manage buffets and banquets for special events
8) Manage kitchen operations
