Salary: $22.00 ~ $24.00 per hour
Working Hours: 30~40 hours per week
Benefits: 10 days of paid vacation per year or 4 % of remuneration

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct, prepare or supervise cooking and other food preparation activities on daily basis
- Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
- Monitor and oversee sanitation practices to ensure that regulations and standards of cleanliness are always being strictly adhered to by kitchen staff
- Coordinate all food purchasing, budgeting and planning operations with other staff members
- Analyze recipes and make menu changes when necessary to keep customers happy and to minimize overhead costs when possible
- Plan and develop new recipes and menus
- Inspect cooking equipment, supplies, work areas and ingredients to ensure constant conformance to regulatory standards
- Establish kitchen staff schedules
- Trains and hires cooks and kitchen staff
Qualification:
- Language: English
- Completion of secondary school
- Several years of experience as a chef or at least 3 years of experience in commercial food preparation
