Position:                            Production Supervisor

Duration:                          Permanent, Full time     

Hours:                               40hrs/week      

Salary:                               $24.00/hr          

Overtime:                         $36/hr (As per BC Standards – for over 8 hrs/day; 40 hrs/wk)

Observed Holidays:         As outlined on labour.gov.bc.ca – 10 holidays/yr

Education:                        None    

Experience:                      7 months to less than 1 year experience in food processing        

Language:                         English

Job Duties         

• Oversee and motivate a high-performance Production Team      
• Organize, supervise, review, and direct the activities of bread production while ensuring overall quality and efficiency to achieve production plan.            
• Assist with scheduling of staff.  
• Coordinates and directs team members’ assignments for the shift.             
• Ensure the integrity of products is maintained through following established procedures
• Communicate and follows up any changes in product or production methods to production staff.     
• Provide input and suggestions for improving operational performance.   
• Ensure all staff adheres to all regulations and policies.
