WORK HOURS:
35 hours per week
JOB DUTIES:
-Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
-Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast, and online content.
-Create branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.
-Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
-Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements and conducting market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
-Develop and manage all internal communication systems.
-Plans meetings, workshops and other events by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Completion of a college diploma or university degree in business marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field.
-Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role.
-Client focus and organized.
-Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and web editing packages.
-Team player.
-Multilingual will be an asset.
