Job Title – Administration Officer
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (at-least 37.5 hours per week)
Wages: $27.50 Hourly

Minimum Education Required: Post-secondary diploma (college level) in business or public administration is preferred. Successful completion of high school is required.
Work Experience Required: At-least 1 year of work experience required in a similar role or administrative job

Responsibilities:
Monitor, evaluated, manage and implement existing office procedures for increased efficiency for day to day processes as well as strategizig the implementation of new office procedures.
Categorizing and structuring document filing based on multiple office departments. This is done in an online as well as offline manner, to maintain consistency with dcumentation.
Planning and scheduling office meetigs to first plan and then delegate work to specific points of contacts in respective departments. Also ensuring that all decided deadlines are met and the deliverables are provided o time.
Record keeping and maintaining legacy data for the company in order to look back and evaluate past incidents.
Defining office administrative policies based on the industry domain of the company and updating the same in case of any updates that occur from the center or state level governments.
Assistig the bookkeeping department in defining monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets for office activitie, resource requirements, inventory of stationary and other miscellaneous requirements. Along with that, defining project budgets in collaboration with any third parties if necessary.
Planning, assigningvendors and budegeting for office services, such as accomodation, relocations, equipment, supplied, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
Reporting and Analytics of budgets allocated, percentage used and increase in efficiency by monitoring relevant KPIs for the same.
Supervising new joinees or other department heads if required and making them aware of current office policies and prcoesses in place.
