Tasks: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting, Cut carcasses,sides,and quarters, Cut,trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, Wrap and package prepared meats,Remove bones from meat, Grind meats, Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and products, Cut beef, lamb, chicken, goat, carcasses or sides or quarters of carcasses into primal cuts for further cutting, processing or packaging. Manage inventory, keep records of sales and determine amount, product line and freshness of products according to company and customer requirements, adhere to Food safety standards.
