Job description:
Position title: Administration Officer
(Full time permanent position)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to Managers and staff in order to proactively enhance effectiveness including professionally dealing with customers.
- Review and update office policies as needed.
- Create reports on expenses and office budgets٫ on a regular basis.
- Manage correspondence (including letters٫ emails and packages) and arrange travels.
- Create reports and presentations with statistical data٫ as assigned.
- Schedule in-house and external events٫ maintain corporate calendar and book meeting rooms.
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Systematically filing important company documents.
- Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
- Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
- Assisting the HR department with job postings and interviews.
- Work closely with human resources to perform sensitive and complex tasks
- Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
Job Other Details:
Salary : CAD $28.00 per hour with 30 hours per week
(Overtime paid CAD $42.00 per hour after 44 hours of work per week; and 4% Holiday pay will be accrued)
Career Level : College OR CEGEP level of education or 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
