Job Requirement:

Job Duties:
- Prepare, clean and organize ingredients for use in the kitchen such as washing, peeling and slicing…
- Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
- Remove trash and disinfect kitchen garbage containers.
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
- Sweep and mop the floors before and after work.
- Perform other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff.
- Comply with the COVID-19 protocol.
